Why We Need Angels in our Lives
Our purpose on this earth is to remember our heavenly origin while on earth, and to learn to help others along the way. While many people forget God, get disconnected from their High Selves, and debate among themselves as to whether or not there is anything beyond the grave, the original intent of the Great Ones was that we would always be in touch with God every day of our lives and we would consistently take direction from our High Selves which is our link to God. In the beginning people did stay in touch with their divine origin and they lived in peacefully connected with their High Selves. Later people began to focus on materialism rather than on the spiritual and therefore gradually became steeped in ego. This caused them to forget a significant part of what they had previously known, including their purpose for incarnating in the first place, and also caused their High Selves to disconnect from their bodies. This in turn caused people to lose a sense of purpose in their lives.
As people became disconnected from their High Selves, they lost their true happiness, and huge numbers of them needed assistance and direction. For this reason, God sent angels to connect with and redirect people. The angels had the solution for humankind’s dilemma and their messages were invaluable. The problem was, however, that angels had a great deal of difficulty getting heard. This is because historically, most people do not see or hear angels and do not genuinely believe that angels actually exist.
Fortunately, at this time, over the last few decades, more and more people are coming to realize that angels are real. Because of this, many people are very interested in finding out what the angels want them to know. Through their intuition, people are beginning to understand that angels love them and are definitely interested in furthering people’s highest good.
Ways of connecting with angels include meditation, automatic handwriting, remembering dreams and shamanic journeying. Through the angel connecting process, people are also connecting with their High Selves and therefore with a greater understanding of their purpose on earth. They are finding that their purpose includes the need for kindness, forgiveness and service to God.

BREATHE PINK!

One of the things I’ve noticed with my clients is that more and more of them are really concerned about looking and feeling good, and I am so happy I have found something that can really help, and to this end, I’d like to share a secret. A while back, I came across an amazing, simple idea which impressed me so much, I had to try it. I came across the story of a woman who had an unusual spiritual experience. Several times, she saw a beautiful, large circle of beautiful light pink in front of her. She knew it had some meaning, but she had difficulty discerning what the meaning was. Then, the meaning came to her in a flash. Suddenly, she realized, “I’m supposed to breathe pink!” Heeding the message, she began to visualize the color pink, and breathe it in during two ten-minute sessions every day.
The results were great. Having previously believed she was a few pounds over-weight, had painfully noticed wrinkles on her face, and other signs of aging in her body, as she regularly practiced breathing pink over the days, weeks and months, her skin improved, her wrinkles actually disappeared, and the weight fell off. Besides that, she was feeling much better. And, she wasn’t the only one who noticed the miraculous rejuvenation taking place. Wherever she went, friends and acquaintances commented on her increasingly youthful appearance, and wondered what she was doing that caused her to look so good. Eventually, after about seven months of daily practice of breathing the color pink, she was so rejuvenated, some of her acquaintances literally didn’t recognize her when they saw her. She looked that much younger...
When I heard this story, I immediately decided to try it myself. I knew that there was nothing to lose. After all, it sounded fun and easy, so I began to BREATHE PINK, sometimes imagining pink clouds in the air right in front of me, the color of strawberry ice cream and my strawberry quartz crystal. I simply imagined I was breathing this beautiful, joyful pink.
After practicing it for a only a few months, something amazing happened. I felt much happier and more light-hearted than I had felt since I was a child. Breathing pink took me directly back to a very special feeling I had inside of me when I was still a little girl-a feeling I thought I’d lost! I could feel it. It was unmistakable. It was as if years worth of unhappiness and hurt fell away, and besides that, after concentrating and breathing pink for even that short period of time, I felt more youthful and more alive than I had felt in many years.
Because I found that as I continued the practice, breathing pink caused me to not only feel younger, but judging from the comments I received from friends and acquaintances, caused me to look much younger too, and even my health improved dramatically, I decided to teach my students how to BREATHE PINK. The method I taught was to sit together in a circle, with a lamp shining a pink light-bulb in the middle, and practice deep breathing while looking at the light. We practiced this each week before class, and in a relatively short time, several of the students reported interesting and encouraging results.
The most frequently mentioned improvement they reported was that they noticed that their skin became uniformly softer and that facial wrinkles started to disappear. Several also told me they were feeling stronger emotionally—less uptight and upset, and that they noticed things that used to bother them no longer bothered them as much as before. A couple of people noticed that their eyesight had improved. In fact, Micha, a lady in her fifties actually went to her optometrist and obtained proof that her eyesight improved. The optometrist was mystified as to how her eyesight could have improved in two years instead of getting worse as would have been expected in any woman her age. Especially considering that Micha is not in her twenties or thirties-or even her forties, her optometrist uttered amazement that her eyesight had improved so much. Her results were that while two years before, her right eye prescription was 4.25, her new results showed her right eye prescription as being only 4.00. In addition, as of two years before, her left eye prescription was 4.75, and the latest results showed her left eye prescription as only 4.50. This means her vision improved .25 in each eye!...just from breathing pink each day in the way I taught her.
In another example of eyesight improvement, Betty, in her sixties, also noticed dramatic improvement in her vision. Several months before, she required reading glasses when reading ordinary sized print. Now she can read without her glasses. She reports that the change is measurable and obvious.
I too have noticed numerous signs of regained youthfulness. My skin, hair, and eyes have all noticeably changed and improved and I’ve noticed that my attitude has become more joyful, hopeful and brighter. I’m also getting into smaller clothing sizes, have more energy, and am experiencing a greater all-round zestfulness and enthusiasm about life.

Take Charge of Your Life
We are living in a time of radical change—a time when things are happening
so rapidly, it’s hard to tell what’s up and what’s down. In another dimension, the
angels are working to make our lives better and help our country get back into
the light, but the angels cannot do it without your help. You can make a
difference. The angels want you to know this. With all the change that is going
on, it’s very important to keep your balance and retain your happiness, so here
are some steps that will help you find your balance and take charge of your life.
• Find your center through daily meditation and/or prayer. Using these tools can help you get messages from the angels and your high self and will help you stay calm under any
circumstances.
• Remember to breathe. Here are two types of breathing that will help. 1) Just become aware of your breath. Bring your attention to the base of your nostrils and simply notice that your breath is flowing in and out regularly. This simple act helps to calm you and bring you into a peaceful state. 2) Deep yoga breathing. Slowly fill your lungs with air through a count of 8. Hold your breath for 8 counts. Then slowly empty your lungs with an 8-count as well. This will calm you, and the deep breathing will bring many side benefits such as healthier lungs and healthier skin.
• Use “I” statements. Get in touch with what you are thinking and feeling, and take responsibility for your thoughts feeling and emotions by saying clearly what’s going on for you and how things seem from your perspective. When you use sentences starting with “I feel...” or “I think...” you are owning what you think and feel and you are not overtly blaming someone else. This helps you to see what is really going on and what changes could possibly be made to take care of the various situations that come up. It also helps you take responsibility for the changes you can personally bring about.
• Allow your relationships to either grow or fade away. As you get centered and become present to who you really are, you will notice that some of your friends and associates get closer to you, while others fade away. Just allow this to happen, and it will be to your benefit. Interestingly, some people who like to control others will not fit with you anymore as they realize that you no longer allow yourself to get pushed around. Others who are your true friends will delight in your developing strength and inner peace and will become closer to you. This natural phenomenon helps to weed out the associates who are not really your friends, while it helps your true friendships grow stronger than ever before.
• Keep a journal to record your spiritual and emotional growth. As you learn to take charge of your life in ways you’ve never practiced before, chances are that unless you record the subtle changes taking place within, you might not realize how much you’ve grown. By keeping a journal and recording your daily observations, experiences and feelings, you will have a written record. In the future, as you flip through the pages of your journal, you will be astonished and pleased with the growth you’ve actually made.
